As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, I am committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
- Collection of Data: I only collect personal information (like your name and email) that you voluntarily provide through my contact form or Jane.app booking link.
- Third-Party Secure Storage: All client records and scheduling are managed through Jane.app, a PIPEDA/PHIPA-compliant platform. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Email Communication: Please be aware that standard email is not a 100% secure form of communication. Please limit the sensitive personal health information you share via initial email inquiries.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access your personal information or request corrections by contacting me directly at hello@echoandorigin.ca.
